Each member will be required to fill out a membership form which must be sent to the office by the chairman or secretary of your club, or if you bring them into the office the chairman or secretary will have to authorise the membership before it being processed.

If you are over 18 you will need to fill in and return just the membership form and the behaviour policy, if you are under 18 you will need to fill in and return both the membership form and behaviour policy as well as both the club and county parental consent forms.
